Terms & Conditions TK666 – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the TK666 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not proceed with registration or use of the TK666 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and TK666 ("Platform" or "We"). This agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with TK666, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, and participation in all games available on the platform.

To register and use the TK666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 and above at the time of registration. TK666 takes its responsibility to prevent underage access seriously.
• Must be an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative of any company or other entity.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from engaging with online gambling platforms.

• Not currently undergoing self-exclusion from any related gambling platform.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at TK666 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and TK666 reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate all accounts suspected of belonging to the same individual, including withholding any associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. TK666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

TK666 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions on TK666 are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit limit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for accounts that have completed full verification (KYC). Deposits are processed instantly, with your balance credited to your TK666 account within seconds of payment confirmation.

Withdrawal limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. Withdrawals are processed within under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts. TK666 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account in the name of the verified TK666 account holder. TK666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Use a strong password – combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

TK666 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

TK666's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

All complaints submitted to TK666 are handled in strict confidence. Information provided during the complaints process is used solely for investigation and dispute resolution purposes, and for no other reason.

TK666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the account of any player where sufficient evidence exists of one or more of the following:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud or attempted fraud in any form
• Use of a false identity or inaccurate registration information
• Holding more than one account
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Behaviour that harasses or threatens TK666 staff or other players

In cases of account termination due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, TK666 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting TK666 customer support. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be met and any pending withdrawals must be fully settled.

TK666 takes the privacy and personal data protection of all players seriously. Your personal information is governed entirely by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, TK666 collects and processes your personal data solely for the following purposes:

Any dispute, claim or proceeding arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through TK666's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the arbitration body or jurisdiction specified under TK666's operating licence.

Any clause within these Terms & Conditions found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to apply.
